About me

I work internationally in German and English as an executive coach and team developer, advising companies on change processes with a focus on leadership development. The goal of my work is to trigger positive behavioral changes, anchor them sustainably, and unleash full potential.

For many years, I held management positions at the international company Hilti AG in the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Liechtenstein, and Switzerland. I studied business administration at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and spent a semester at the University of Tulsa in the USA as part of an exchange program.

I also serve as a senior advisor and member of various advisory boards and am involved in various honorary positions in associations and academic societies. I am a certified consultant for the Bambeck Master Personality Profile and an accredited coach for the Innovation Network Eastern Switzerland.
